We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it is necessary to cancel your booking at VoiceBox Podcast & Creators Studio. Please review our comprehensive cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your booking, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice during business days. This allows us sufficient time to accommodate changes and offer the time slot to other potential customers.
Refund Eligibility: a. Cancellation 72+ Hours in Advance: If you cancel your booking more than 72 business hours before the scheduled start time, you will be eligible for a full refund of all fees paid.
b. Cancellation within 72 Hours: If you cancel your booking within 72 business hours of the scheduled start time, all fees paid will be non-refundable.
Rescheduling Option: In certain cases, instead of canceling your booking within 72 hours, we may offer you the opportunity to reschedule your session to a later date or time, subject to availability. This option aims to accommodate unexpected changes while ensuring you can still benefit from our services.
Studio-Initiated Cancellations: In the event that VoiceBox Podcast & Creators Studio needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as studio maintenance or technical issues, you will be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid.
